Issue with Bitdefender Total Security - bugged, empty menu and impossible to use utilities

Hi
Since few days, my Bitdefender is really strange.
Nothing works and all the sub-fonctionnalities start by "_"

All the menu are empty, I can do nothing.
Also, since I have this issue, I have also issues with Office 365 and other applications.

I tried to repair, uninstall/reinstall. but nothing change.

Let me know if someone has an idea.

Hello @Sibuxian,

You can fix this by going to Language Settings in Windows (use the search field on the task bar) and install the English (United States) language pack. This topic has also been discussed in the threads below:
