Dear
I have a pc attacked by ransomware , a removed all spyware files ,
Ransomeware ID DJVU 864 (File extension BGJS)
i need to get back the encrypted files
with this message sample infected file and the original file not infected
plus the ransomware attacker note .

In addition to what @Gjoksi said, if Bitdefender Ransomware Recognition Tool is unable to identify the type of ransomware, you can upload the encrypted file along with the ransom note to the website, which hosts the largest collection of ransomware types. The website will also inform you if there is any decryptor available for the same ransomware type or not.
As known, there is currently no known decryptor for the STOP Djvu ransomware for the extension .bjgs. However, you can still try the Emsisoft STOP Djvu decryptor, which decrypts the older extensions of the STOP Djvu ransomware. Begin by running the decryptor on a single file first to check if it is able to decrypt the encrypted file or not. You can download the STOP Djvu decryptor by Emsisoft from the link provided below.

If the Emsisoft Stop Djvu decryptor is unable to decrypt the encrypted files, you can still give it a try by contacting Dr.Web, an antimalware vendor, to get your files decrypted.
