I just installed Bitdefender VPN to my Sony Bravia Smart Tv (ha) and it's not connecting
Hi, I'm having problems with connecting my TV to the internet after adding Bitdefender VPN to my TV. It didn't work yesterday after I loaded it on, but when I turned off the modem and started it again it did work.
This morning when I went to use the TV it wouldn't connect to the internet again. Of course I can watch free to air, but not any shows via the internet.
Internet is fine on my PC and phone, and no issues with viewing on those.
Does anyone know why and how to fix?? Thanks : )

Forgive me, and I apologize if I'm reading your thread title and post wrong, but how in the world did you install BD VPN on a Smart TV?? That one is new to me :) :) Also, since a Smart TV is an on-demand type of device, why would you want to use a VPN for that? You're not using it to surf the internet, correct?
The VPN is software operating system based for the below-listed devices, which does not include Smart TV's and routers.
If you have it installed on your devices, you may have to disable the VPN to connect to your Smart TV, as in my case, Windows Cast would not connect to my Sony Smart TV unless I disabled BD VPN.

Hi Scott, I am able to download it as one of the apps on my smart TV. There are a few VPN options to download. The reason?? Think Netflix etc.. If I reboot the modem it works, but its seems every day I have to reboot the modem in order to watch Youtube/Netflix etc.

Go through the prompts until reach the black Contact Support box. You will have three options, Chat, email and phone support, which is not toll-free. Chat can be the quickest way to get things started.

Hello, I have the same issue.. Intstalled the Premium VPN on Sony Bravia TV .. first Ethernet connection dropped then connted using WIFI it connects but both Netflix and prime video stopped working.. only youtube works.. can some support here???
