    Here is the thing: when you have the Premium Security subscription, you get various services by Bitdefender that are listed on the above-stated website. When it comes to downloads, on Windows you will only have the Bitdefender Total Security installed; on Mac, Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac will be installed; on Android, Bitdefender Mobile Security will be installed; and on iOS, Bitdefender Mobile Security for iOS will be installed. The subscription of Bitdefender Premium Security only offers additional features; the name "Premium Security" will not be shown on your installed product.

    If I talk about myself, I am a user of Bitdefender Ultimate Security Plus, the topmost product in the home category. For me, Bitdefender Total Security gets installed, but I get the features of Bitdefender Ultimate Security Plus.

    Try switching your account at the top of the UI using your email address and password for that account, and see if it resyncs your information.

    Otherwise, I would contact support from here:

    https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/help/

    Select, How Tos & Troubleshooting→Troubleshooting and go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support box. You will have the the options of Chat, Call or Email. Chat is the quickest way to get thing started, phone support is not toll-free.

  • Nothing wrong there, Premium Security is basically a package based on Total Security and as such, the UI will display Total Security. 🙂
