Find device - does not work

I forgot my cell phone in the car.

400 meters from home.

I tried to locate the device through the BD Central service.

Absolutely no chance.

Although I have everything enabled, location service enabled on my mobile.

It found nothing.

It wasn't until I had my mobile in my hand again that it solemnly informed me of the location :-)

shouldn't anti-theft protection and localization be the #1 feature?

    For future reference, check if this solves your problem. Open the phone's settings, go to Security → Device administrators → uncheck Antivirus → go to Application manager and tap on Antivirus,  press on 'Clear cache' and 'Clear data'. Then open the Bitdefender app, configure everything again and try to send the command one more time.
