What happens exactly when he tries to install using that link? Does the installation succeed? You mentioned that the VPN got installed, but then it was uninstalled. Was your son required to enter the account credentials then? And is he based in the same household, or somewhere else? A screenshot would be helpful. I'm trying to understand if this is an install issue, an account issue or something else.
