To reset your Bitdefender Password Manager, you'll need to contact Bitdefender Support. Keep in mind that resetting will erase all your saved passwords, and you'll have to save them again manually. Once reset, your passwords can't be recovered. Bitdefender Support will confirm this during the process.

I have emailed at least three times in the past week with regard to my dissatisfaction and also entered an email at the BBB. No response to anything. The software is laggy, takes too long to scan and I just don't like the interface. I have also used your form to contact support to cancel and it will not let me submit. Seems like you are waiting until the 30 days are over and I will not take that as an answer. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP!!

Based on my findings, a refund has been issued following your request and the case was closed a few hours ago.
It may take a couple of business days for the funds to be returned to your account, depending on the issuing Bank.Regards,
