MFA transfer

Dear all hope you are fine, i created a gravityzone account for a client and i activated the MFA using microsoft authenticator app, now the client want the MFA to be on his phone using the main admin account how can I arrange this transfer. Thank you in advance

    Hello @Karim Elhariri ,

    When you first set up the MFA you were asked to save a secret key that can be used for this type of situations (to transfer from one device to another) so if you have the secret key you can use a mobile app such as Google Authenticator to set it on you mobile device.

    If you forgot your secret key you have 3 options:

    1. Reach out to your Bitdefender Partner, from where you bought the solution and he will be able to reset your account
    2. You can create another admin account (if you already have access to one) and reset your credentials and after you will be able to set up the MFA again
    3. Reach out to our Enterprise Support, if you bought the product online from us, and a support engineer will be able to help you reset it.
