Select, How to's & Troubleshooting Bitdefender products→Troubleshooting→I don't know→Contact Support→ You will get the option of chat, call or email.
Kindly select the chat option and provide the ticket ID to the Bitdefender support agent, and they will provide information regarding an update to your ticket ID.

Based on my findings, the Support teams replied to your inquiry two days ago and offered to provide further advice and troubleshooting for the technical situation you have reported. They will also follow up today, following my request for updates. As such, please check your inbox for their replies, including the spam/junk folders as well.
Kindly be advised that, should you wish to proceed with the refund request, it will be necessary to contact the reseller from which you ordered Bitdefender, because it has come to my attention that you've purchased the product from a Partner and not directly from the Bitdefender website. The refund can only be issued by the reseller under these circumstances, according to their refund policies.I hope this helps.
