Can't apply new license GravityZone Business Security

I already tried doing this via tech support but it was a failure. The agent supplied answers using menu items that do not exist. As of now, the software is useless (tried to update GravityZone Business Security after purchasing license upgrade).

I purchased the new license yesterday. I went into the menu of GravityZone Business Security. Screen shot one is what it shows now.

Screen shot 2 is me inputting the new license key. When you click "Add" nothing happens….it just sits there.

Can anyone help as tech support was useless.

    Hello @lconmechanical,

    I was able to identify your case internally.

    We had to remove the company first in order for the new license to be added. I reached out to my colleagues and now you should be able to add your license following the steps provided.
