I have a Total Security subscription which includes Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. I had Bitdefender installed on my old Android tablet a Lenovo M10 and I've recently purchased a new Android tablet a Lenovo P12 but when I try to download it from my Bitdefender Central account I get the message This product is not available for this platform.

Why won't it let me install Bitdefender on my new Android tablet when Bitdefender worked with previous Android tablet?

    I’ve encountered a similar issue before! It sounds like the Lenovo P12 tablet might be running a version of Android that’s incompatible with the Bitdefender app from the Bitdefender Central account.

    Hello.

    Lenovo Tab P12 has MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor.

    This processor features two ARM Cortex‑A78 processors.

    As of August 28, 2023 Bitdefender’s security solutions are compatible ONLY with ARM-based Windows computers (processors).

    BD Mobile Security is NOT compatible with ARM-based Android devices and that is the reason why you can't install BD Mobile Security on your Lenovo Tab P12.
