Upgrade from Total to Premium
I just purchased Total but want to upgrade to Premium. Prior posts indicate that I will get a credit for my total purchase but that did not happen. Thus - How do I upgrade to Premium without paying the full price?

Did you previously contact support, as we can not do anything here on the forum in that regard. Click on the Purchase & Manage Subscription box, go through the prompts until you get to the Contact Bitdefender Support box. You will be given 3 support options. Chat can be the quickest way to get things started, or resolved.

Have you already requested a refund for the Total Security subscription?
Prior posts indicate that I will get a credit for my total purchase but that did not happen - Prior posts from where and what does "credit" mean? Are you referring to a refund?
So, in the event you just purchased Total Security and changed your mind and wish to upgrade to Premium Security, I think the best option is to request a refund for Total Security and place a new order for Premium Security.You can get a discount using the link below:
