There are no official incompatibilities between Bitdefender and LibreOffice Calc. However, I don't exclude an antivirus interference with normal operation of office applications (e.g., blocking certain file operations or hooking into processes in ways that cause unexpected behavior). What you’re describing is not a commonly reported or recognized bug, so it’s likely specific to your setup.

See if scrolling behaves better with acceleration off (in LibreOffice → uncheck 'Use hardware acceleration' and 'Use OpenGL' (if present). It should be somewhere under 'Tools'. Based on my findings, this step is often recommended even when a security solution is not involved, but can help in cases where some form of advanced scanning or hooking influences how graphics are rendered.
