Renewal question
I want to downgrade my subscription when I renew in 5 days, but I don't know how to do this, and I no longer see Chat Support inside Central.

Try reaching Support/Chat from here. Tick the Account, Billing & Subscription box, go through the prompts until you get to the Contact Support button. You will be given 3 support options, including Chat, which can be the quickest way to get things resolved, or to at least head you in the right direction (phone support is not toll-free)

There is something going on with the linking. My support link and Google search for support is going to the Bitdefender home page for some reason, on two different devices I've tried. It may just be a glitch for tonight, but @Alexandru_BD will look into it tomorrow morning Romanian time.

I confirm, the issue with the Support Center has been resolved.
@ittybittyfemme to downgrade your subscription (or to change the Bitdefender product you are using), first make sure to disable the automatic renewal feature of your ongoing subscription, if enabled. This will ensure that funds are not withdrawn from your account automatically for the expiring subscription. Then, you can simply access the Bitdefender website, namely the 'Renew' section, where you can choose your desired product and also get a considerable discount for your new purchase:
If for some reason you couldn't disable the automatic renewal feature in good time, don't worry about it, you can always contact the Support teams to request a refund and to inform them that you opted for a different Bitdefender suite.
