Change billing information in Bitdefender Central
I have been trying to update payment information for VPN and other products. The main Bitdefender Central web page is acting as a wormhole. No coherent way to find out how to do this. Should be able to connect with customer support directly. Any advice would be helpful.

You can contact Support by following these steps. Tick the Purchase & Manage Subscription box, go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support button. You will be given 3 support options, Chat can be the quickest way to get things resolved or at least to head you in the right direction. There is also email and phone support, which is not toll-free.

To add here, this would be the standard procedure:
However, in the event this doesn't work for you for some reason (I know that it may take a while for the 'My Payments' section to update after making a payment), I also think it's best to head to Support, like Scott suggested.
