How do I remove an endpoint with out access to the internet or computer

We had an employee recently who dropped their computer. It was damaged so severely that we couldn't start it. We need to remove Bitdefender from her old computer so we can install it on the new one, but we are unsure of how to proceed.

I have gone to GravityZone and have chosen to uninstall agent, but from what I have read it needs internet access. Is there another way to go about this?

Hello @rhumphries ,

From GravityZone you can delete the endpoint which no longer has access to internet without uninstalling the agent.

This in found in Network → Select endpoint → Delete:
