Safepay Login to Wells Fargo Bank (USA)

Much like the issue with RBC which was corrected recently I have not been able to login to WF for at least 2 months. Issue is still ongoing and I can log in with any other browser such as MS or Firefox. All other logins with Safepay are working. Thanks.

Not sure what your symptoms are … mine are that my credentials (which work on all other platforms) are not recognized. It used to be that - if I entered them multiple times - they would be recognized, but now that doesn't work.

Can you tell me on what URL address this problem appears? Also, is there an error message displayed, or some other behavior (unusual message displayed, page not loading etc.) which is incorrect?

The URL changes to the line above when I hit the line feed on your page.

The URL is as follows: https://www.wellsfargo.com/

The error msg displayed: "That combination doesn't match our records." You can try again, or we can help you create a new password or find your username.

Also, my wife just told me we cannot access the financial institution 'USAA', but logged in w/ no issues on Firefox

When I click Signon, it expands to https://connect.secure.wellsfargo.com/auth/login/present?origin=cob&error=yes

The message I get is "That combination doesn't match our records. You can try again, or we can help you create a new password or find your username"

An update addressing, I hope, these troubles will be released at the end of August/beginning of September. While I cannot be 100% sure of the success (since I do not have a real account to test with), I am confident this will fix the issue.

Been having the exact same problem with Wells Fargo. Same symptoms. Log on in Safepay is like talking to a wall. nothing. Works fine in regular browser. Hopefully the fix works.

I see no follow ups. I still can't access Wells Fargo or AMEX.

And you just renewed my subscription! If this problem isn't going to be corrected asap I plan to cancel. However, your support connection makes it impossible to connect with a person or even an email.

It's all just " help" stuff that …..doesn't help.

Please advise on status of Wells Fargo issue. And how to contact support that ACTUALLY supports.

The update is about to be released. Last time we discussed it will be on the next Friday, rolling up to the following days. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, I know it is a serios bug and it received my full attention, as well as the support colleagues who performed multiple remote support sessions to confirm the fix.
