I am reopening this issue, as I thought the problem had been resolved by a software upgrade.
I use Safepay for all my online transactions, and it's important that I can be sure it works as intended.
The problem essentially appeared when I activated many of the VPN options (almost all of them).
For example, the option to connect when Windows starts up.
In this case, Safepay finds the VPN already activated when it starts, but appears not to recognize it (as shown in the attached image).
Please note that the option to automatically connect to the VPN when Safepay starts is enabled.
But even when VPN is disabled, Safepay cannot enable it automatically. This could actually be a more serious problem.
Could you please help find a solution to this issue?
