I have no phone setting optimization to set Bitdefender to stay on or turn back on to keep Web Protection on.

I just saw a 7 day report. In Web Protection it had zero saying this may happen if Web Protection was turned off. Or if there was no web activity in this time frame. There was plenty of web activity 50 different websites visited many searches on the web. I went to Settings > Web Activity it's turned on and it's been turned on the last 7 days. Everywhere I look I'm spending hours trying to get Android and Windows Bitdefender Total Security to work properly. It just doesn't. It said on my phone just now it was protecting two accounts I only have one account and can't find out what two accounts it's talking about.
