I've sent an email to this address bdsupport@tickets .bitdefender.com . I am not getting a response. Very frustrating.

I was given by my supplier 2x 5 and 5 keys. I used the one 5 key till was used up.
Now I want to add the other 5. I asked on the support chat how to do that, was told on the chat.

So what I wanted did not happen.Could you please repair the account, so I have 10 devices. Or so I can use another 5 devices on the same account.

Based on your description of the situation and since the two products were identical, it looks like the chatbot suggested to extend the validity of the subscription instead of activating the subscription in parallel to add more slots for protection. This can only be adjusted by the Support teams and based on my findings, the ticket's status is "Awaiting agent", which means that a Bitdefender representative will soon reply on your case. I will close this thread so that the information can be consolidated on the open case, since we can't really take any action on the forum.
