I'll share some insight on how the tickets are processed. There isn't a way to get them processed faster, as you can imagine, the Support teams handle multiple cases on a daily basis, so there's a defined timeframe in which they usually respond. Naturally, everyone expects a fast response, and the Support teams are aware of this and they work round the clock to respond to all inquiries as soon as they can. It can take them between 24 to 48 hours to reply, depending on the workload, available agents, time of year and business hours. As suggested privately, kindly wait for the Support representatives to respond, as they will reply to you at the earliest time possible.
