Sandbox Analyzer – “Portal not available” error when submitting files

Hello everyone,

We are experiencing an issue in GravityZone Sandbox Analyzer.
When submitting files for analysis, we consistently receive the error:

Failed – Sandbox Analyzer Portal not available

This has been happening for a while and does not seem to be file-specific.

Has anyone else encountered this recently?
Is this a known issue or related to a specific region or service status?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Hello @rwilliams ,

I was able to find a similar case reporting the same issue for which engineering team has been involved for further investigation.
Can you please open a support case so my colleagues can validate it's exactly the same root cause and if it's the same issue we can notify you once the fix is live?

Thank you for the update.

I’ve already submitted a support case via email using the Contact Us form.
Additionally, I’d like to mention that GravityZone in our environment is configured to use a proxy, in case this is relevant to the investigation.
