Since Dec.16/25 I have been unable to sign into the community , the 2FA codes do not work when sent, message OOps something went wrong please try again later. I have tried several time and also have changed my password a few times. I have an open ticket to support 1010795712, I have tried all the things they say to do and nothing worked. I have always been able to sign into central, codes sent work fine. This morning I tried to go into the community, did not work. I then signed into central, turned off 2FA myself. support had suggested they turn it off but I was unsure about having them do that, and also said to trust my device. Then in the community option in my account I asked to sign into the community, I am able to get in that way, can anyone tell me why the codes work to sign into central but not the community? It seems strange to me that the codes work for central and not for the community. I do not like to be without 2FA on my account. I tried had with both VPN on and off. Any help appreciated thanks
