Password Manager Sign in problems

Been using password manager for some years now, but this morning, instead of the usual sign in page, I get a welcome message asking me to set a password as if I have just installed the manager. Trying to sign in just gets an error message a suggestion to contact support. The support page is not helpful as no specific password manager support. Can't sign in or access my passwords.

Seems to be fixed as I have now managed to sign into the password manager. Confidence in the tool has been shaken though! Is Securepass a better alternative now? Have seen a number of negative comments about it.

Is there a way of printing out the whole password vault with the passwords? Rather destroys the point of the vault, but, kept safely away from the computer, it would provide a backup in case the system goes down again or is hacked!
