Hi All,
For the second day running, upon booting-up/switching on my laptop I was met with an onscreen notification box/window informing me that, "You need to sign into your Bitdefender account". Opening my Ultimate Security dashboard, however, I found all correct and functioning and the usual "You are safe" reassurance.
Has anyone any idea what may be causing the above and how to stop it….and, as sign-in would require my password, whether there may be a security issue related to this?
Then, if I may slip in a second quick question. I am someone who very recently joined Bitdefender after many, many years with another leading security/privacy company and, as a result, am still getting used to the norms for Bitdefender. During the last week or so I have been receiving notification that, "the update was successfully installed", as, or shortly after boot-up/switch on each day. Are daily updates normal for Bitdefender?
