Renewing Bitdefender subscription

Hello,

I want to know how to extend my 3 years subscription ( Bitdefender Internet Security).

I have tried all options in Bitdefender Central but i always end up with the price of 8,15 €.
Something must be wrong.

Can anyone please help me?

Unfortunately I still don't know how to pay for a renewal.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I don't know if I'm taking the right steps.

I don't know why Bitdefender only asks me for 8 €. It should ask me for 124 €.

I read all the info in the link @fedor sent me and i read the manual.

My current subscription expires next year.

I wonder if taking the steps i I took when I first bought BD will resolve the problem…

Bitdefender Support Center is trying to help me.

I see. If you already have a ticked opened for the Support teams, kindly do let us know the outcome, so we can close the loop here as well.

Generally speaking, if your subscription is still valid and you are trying to renew or extend your protection early, this can be done in a few ways, depending on your preferences. If at some point you received an offer, be it via email, Central or in-product, then you can follow that link to renew.
Or, you can simply access the Bitdefender website and renew by placing a new order.
However, if you have the automatic renewal feature enabled, this won't be necessary, as your subscription will be automatically renewed before its due date, at the full list price of your product (excluding any discounts or promotions that may be running at that time).
Going back to the offers that are being sent periodically or whenever various campaigns are available, these usually expire, so make sure you are not trying to access a landing page that has already expired.

Now, I think it's hard to tell exactly what is happening there, judging by the description alone and without accessing your account history and subscription information, but the Support teams are the ones who can do that for you and I expect them to sort this out in good time.

Hi,

Bitdefender Support Center solved my question:

Bitdefender Internet Security was discontinued and cannot be renewed, the system is offering me the possibility to upgrade it to Total Security for 8,07 EUR.

The subscription expiry date will remain the same.

I will worry about that later.

Very well then, problem solved and I'm glad to hear that. Indeed, Internet Security was discontinued and I should have mentioned that to you first time when I saw your post. Sorry about that.
