How do I resolve a problem with the Central App?

Hi All,

For the past few days I have been unable to access Central though my Central App on an Android phone. When I tap on the App, I am faced with completely white screen with the word Central (in black) in top left and an arrow (in black) pointing from it to the side of the phone.

I have tapped the arrow, tapped on the word Central, attempted to swipe upward, downward, left and right but nothing.

Does anyone have any idea how I resolve the prob?

Try to reinstall the app, that would be the first step. Unsure what's causing this, I haven't seen it before…

Thanks for cutting me a slice of your time….yet again.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and all appears to be back to normal with the reinstalled app….so I shall cross fingers that it remains that way, as things began normally with initially installed app!

Seems that my first few months with BD have seen me presenting a handful of not previously seen issues thrown up by my machines/devices! Most, despite being previously unseen, have been resolved by BD's technicians, though one or two continue to be scrutinised after a number of weeks.

Thanks for the advice. Shall return to the community if things go off the rails with the reinstalled app later.
