Ransomware Remediation: How can I switch on Ransomware Remediation?

I am not the only one who is not able to switch on Ransomware Remediation. When I try it the button always switches back and stays gray. I tried it also with the administrator, but also with no success. I hope anybody can help me.

Hi Francesco,

If you already followed the procedure described in the article below and ran Bitdefender as an administrator, then I think it will be necessary to contact the Support teams for further assistance.

Also check if there are any other security solutions/apps that could interfere with Bitdefender on that device.
