Reinstall Bdis Not Working

Hello. I have installed bd internet security. When i tried to activate it had no internet connection. So i removed it with uninstall tool. Then when i was reinstalling it says "Program already installed" and then canseling the installation.


How to remove the old 2011 installation compleatly. I have runned ccleaner to clear out all old keys in register.


I just want to install bd 2011 again.

  • Go to CNET and download the software not the link that came with e-mail. The e-mail link only worked once for me and I also got the "no internet connection" on a second download try but have had no problems when using the CNET download.

    After you remove BitDefender by following the steps below you need to clear your computer from any files that may still be stored on your PC. To do that I recommend you to run a Windows registry cleaner such as CCleaner or Argente.


    Once the cleaning is complete restart the PC.

    Please do not post in all topics if you already have started a topic on your own issue (i.e. this topic). The reason why you get that message is because you have NOT removed all files from the previous installation of BitDefender.
