why my sandbox analyzer inactive?
i have followed the docs https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/77209-376317-sandbox-analyzer.html but not working for me.

Offer a sandbox environment to open files/run apps
it'd be cool if Bitdefender offered a sandbox environment or container that we could launch an app or open a file and have it detect if it's malicious. that way nothing is exposed to the actual machine if we need to preview something.

Bitdefender Antivirus Sandbox Virtual Machine
Hi! Could we get a nice easy looking sandbox option in file manager for safe run of PUP exe files, please? I really don't like to use virtualbox or other vm, very cumbersome All I want is to to a simple left click on a suspected file and run it in a sandbox quick VM, I bet everybody else wants it Cheers
