why my sandbox analyzer inactive?
i have followed the docs https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/77209-376317-sandbox-analyzer.html but not working for me.

There are 2 things to check in this case:
- Please make sure that the policy is enabled on that endpoint
- Please make sure that there is a valid connection to sandbox-portal.gravityzone.bitdefender.com on port 443
If the above suggestions does not resolve your issue please reach out to the Enterprise Support Team so we can check your configuration in-depth and pinpoint the root cause.
