This is the worst Website! I can't find help and the customer support phone or email is not listed.
My DashBoard says I have no coverage on my phone, but I have the app installed and I see it working on my phone. This is the worst website for getting help. I can't find a customer support phone number or email anywhere. It just sends you on a loop. This alone is reason for not renewing.

VPN not working on MAC Sonoma 14.2 - Error Code 99 & 12
I've been trying to connect VPN since last 3 weeks sadly i'am getting error 99 & 12 I tried to raise issue with customer support but no solution from their side, anyone knows how to fix the issue? I also read the help article and other solution posted no success! Regards

terrible experience with their service
Since I installed your antivirus my laptop takes more than 1 hour to start working properly, your antivirus system is super invasive and for more attempts I make to stop certain executions does not allow it, I would like you to contact me in Spanish to solve the problem, my experience is very bad with your product.

Poor customer service
Purchased additional 3 licenses to add to my existing 10 licences. After adding the additional 3 licences, the protection on existing machines stopped working.
