Oddly enough I just received this error today when using Microsoft Outlook 365 when trying to connect to yahoo mail. Closed and restarted Outlook and it went away. Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2304 Build 16.0.16327.20302) 64-bit, and Bitdefender version 26.0.36.193

Thank you for the explanation, may I suggest that Bitdefender highlight this in its FAQ information. It would be very helpful for Microsoft Defender users migrating to Bitdefender. As we all know Microsoft Defender is installed by default with all M$ products and this information should be made available!

Better still user choice is advisable, in other words Bitdefender users determine where, when and how the information is stored.

Forgive me if this has been mentioned already but I would like to suggest a password manager app for windows desktop environment. Opening browsers for passwords is a pain to be blunt, would rather one stop shop login in the desktop environment and already be logged in with browsers.

Yes, I have the same version, same problem. I have had no updates at all since September 2nd. Just tried it again and same results, use the update feature from the tray icon it says updated, use the one from the Autopilot main interface that says database is outdated I get stuck at zero percent with no updates.

I have updates set to 12 hour intervals due to the fact that Bitdefender updates interfere with my gaming. Now I usually update manually when I feel the need, now I am getting no updates at all since September 2nd according to Bitdefenders notification interface.
