I know how to fix THIS!! ( or at least in my case) The problem is that in the Application rule list Protocol ANY is the fault. If you create a rule just for TCP and allow it and then 2th rule for UDP and allow it, it starts to work correctly without asking again the same question. Its also not duplicating the rule anymore…

Got the same problem as Pozzo! Its a bug and need to fix. If i open one rule and close, even bitdefender itself says there is the same rule already!! Got 40 same rules giving access to IE in all possible ways?

I`m not using BD firewall but you can try to add you FTP server ip to trusted zone(if the firewall has a trusted zone). Hmmm. I remember that my former firewall had it but not BD. I gave it in the rules all access. This hapens only when i upload, not while downloading.
