The update now feature hasn't worked. The stupid program worked, then didn't work and now isn't working again. Keep your aggravation BD! I just don't have time to play around with this crap product.

Thanks for the reply. The frustration I was put through was not acceptable. I suspected that restarting my computer would reset the icons on my task bar and show my true status and that's what happened. That's not the point. Hello, The installation kit that you download from BitDefender MyAccount is just the normal trial installation kit. It doesn't come pre-activated with your serial number. SUPERAntiSpyware is much better than Spyware Blaster. Thanks again. I'll look at that. As for my trojan problem, it seems to have gone bye bye. Next time BD finds something in the volume info file, I'll know what to do.

Thanks. I'll check out that forum. I've also got Spyware Blaster which I forget I have. But I thought that with the robust BitDefender I wouldn't need something like Spyware Blaster.
