Just my opinion, I think it's wrong for companies to do this. I mean, if it's auto renewed by default. I think 70% of the customers are not aware about this. Also, why doesn't Bitdefender share anything in the forums, isn't that what the forums are all about ? Anyone can file a ticket, but using a forum to help takes pressure off everyone. I will report my fix as I know I can't be alone. Just hope I get a reply from my support ticket.

It takes the key on install, as well as support telling me it's a valid key. A few minutes after the install BD pops up telling me the key is invalid.
