Right Click Freeze Issues On New Pc's Desktops And Laptops After Bitdefender
I have many HP desktops and laptops having issues with both 2014 and 2015 BDTS.
These systems are 8002 Compaq Pro i7 8Gb memory and a few with SSD. Laptops are mixed elitebooks.
After I install BDTS 2014 or 2015 I have huge wait times booting up between windows logo and welcome.
However the biggest issue is I can't right click anything without locking the units up. If I right click My Computer for example, I'm done for until I reboot.
It acts like it's going to happen then IE freezes up. This is on many models, only thing in common is they are all HP, Windows 7 64bit.
Happens on both Factory install as well as a manual fresh install.
I know I can't be alone here, this is happening on way too many systems.
If I search IE freeze, or IE crash in the forum search I get a forum error.... Funny huh ?
Where do I even begin ? I have tried disabling bitdefender, and it doesn't matter. No luck until I completely uninstall it do I get back normal function of our systems.

Also, why doesn't Bitdefender share anything in the forums, isn't that what the forums are all about ? Anyone can file a ticket, but using a forum to help takes pressure off everyone.
I will report my fix as I know I can't be alone. Just hope I get a reply from my support ticket.0 -

Well I did what BD advised me to do and sent autoruns log.
No reply, and no solution here ?
I sell hundreds of Licenses per year, one would think that matters ? No ?
Time to switch my product line to Kaspersky ? Or maybe BD can take a look at this ?0
