Yesterday I got an email that this was fixed in build 21.0.23.1101. I've updated my client, rebooted my machine and nothing seems to be changed. The issue still occurs, game mode is on right away with no games running in background. I have opened ticket for this so let's see when will this actually be fixed.

DNS issue seems to be gone now but Discrod is still not working if Active Threat is enabled regardless of it's protection level. I've tried to disable it -> Discord works just fine, when I enable it again then try to launch Discord -> Update.exe (Discord's file) is running in background but no splash windows or anything…
