    Please contact our support team at bitsy@bitdefender.com and also provide them with the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool.

    - Open Bitdefender and disable the Profiles from General Settings


    - Start the Bitdefender Support Tool


    - Ensure the option "Try to reproduce the issue before submitting" is checked


    - Enable the Profiles


    - Check the "I have reproduced the issue" in the support tool and continue with the information gathering

    Without the logs with the issue reproduced I'm afraid the support team wont be able to see which application is triggering Game mode.


    Please go to  C:\ProgramData\bdlogging\vsserv there you should have a folder named vsserv1616.ProductTweaks.log, Please provide them with that log, should be fairly small zipped.

    Not all security solutions are the same and operate the same.


    It is not recommended to have more than one security solution on the same machine as they will conflict.
