Hello, There is no difference between these two products. BD AV Essential is only for France and Netherlands and available if you purchase a license. Thank's Regards

Hey there. Bitdefender tells me by popup that the scanner has encountered a critical problem and created a .dmp file. It says it's "strongly encouraged" to send this file to the developers for analysis. How do I go about this and where do I send that? Hi This dump file is store in C:\Windows\Temp\

Hi No answer from bitdefender so there is no solution. I uninstall bitdefender and install Trustgo. Many thanks to the developer for the help !!
