Having the same issues with crl.comodoca.com/COMODORSADomainValidationSecureServerCA.crl. Pretty sure this is just a BD slip up, I don't know much about it but the link is for webpage SSL certs.

Phew, glad I'm not the only one with this problem. Went into device manager to look at some stuff and seen the ! on the AVC HV. Running an i7 2700k (4 cores, 8 threads). This had to have just happened recently as I go to device manager quite frequently and today is the first I've seen this.

Just chiming in with this problem I recently noticed it happening to me with BDIS14 so I went through the steps of uninstalling/clearing BD files and installing the new BDIS15 in hopes it would fix the issue. Unfortunately it hasn't quick scan is currently up to 14:00 mins, 12mins of the scan have been with winhttp.dll.

I just checked the network activity log in Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 and near the bottom it says "[bDFW] [DEVIO] Firewall disabled".
