@TaxiMagicien42 The problem is that despite adding the path C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLLOK.exe, the program is blocked by the firewall. It seems as if some other process was needed to unlock it, but I don't know what it is.

Nobody will help?
-
@Gjoksi If you can, check out some programs from Microsoft Store or Whats App.
-
@Gjoksi I have already written in several threads, logs and screenshots were sent. There was also a suggestion to do a re-install. But unfortunately I am not satisfied with that. I am waiting for the correct version of the program to solve all these defects.
-
@Gjoksi Sorry, your suggestions are not acceptable to me. What if I had 1000 devices with this problem? Should he do a re-install on everyone? Shouldn't the manufacturer fix it somehow and release an update with patches? The same goes for any of the other issues I have reported.
-
@mrmirakhur I think you're following the entries here. I mentioned that the problems / logs were reported to the support. And the problems with notifications as they are so was.
-
@Alexandru_BD Is support working on improving these notifications?
-
@Alexandru_BD Don't get me wrong, but since I have the same problem on 3 devices and a friend reported the same to me on his own, something is probably wrong. If I had 100 devices with this problem, would I also be advised to reinstall all of them?
-
@Gjoksi Unfortunately, I have to break my hands again. Despite disabling the weak password prompt, it still pops up. I guess the programmers can't cope with the notifications in the program. In other threads I have described problems with other notifications and it is similar there, notifications do not work as I would…
-
@Alexandru_BD Maybe it stayed, but I am not satisfied with the proposed solution.
-
@Gjoksi Thank you for your suggestion, I will check how it works for me.
-
@mrmirakhur Logs have been uploaded and have the ID 1007449135. Reinstalling BitDefender is not a solution for me because I have a problem with several devices, not only one.
-
@mrmirakhur Your suggestion did not solve the problem, BitDefender still cries for Windows Defender update which is up to date.
-
Despite the disabled recommendations, the autopilot still suggests something. Can you get rid of this autopilot somehow?
-
Windows Defender current BitDefender is calling for an update:
-
@Alexandru_BD I am blocked from adding screnshots so how do you want me to add them?
-
Unfortunately I cannot add screenshots.
-
Today I was able to take screenshots. Windows up to date and BitDefender asking for updates ...... wrrrr
-
@mrmirakhur The logs were shared and as I wrote in another thread, the solution was to reinstall Bitdefender.
-
@mrmirakhur The problem occurs on Windows 10 and 11, on the three devices I have.
-
@DDR @Gjoksi I have the same thing on several devices, disabling recommendations does not solve the problem.
-
@Wojciech_Harasimiuk I have been struggling with the same problem on 3 devices for many months. Sending the logs to the support did not solve the problem, because they wanted him to reinstall the program. After all, the problem does not only occur with me and only on one device.
-
@Gauss182 I have the same problem on 3 computers. I sent the logs to the manufacturer and then got a response to uninstall the program and reinstall it. Unfortunately, this is not a solution for me, because the problem is not unique, but only occurs on 3 devices.
