  • When I run the uninstall tool I noticed that is says: delete main registry keys. FAILED Everything else it says not found, since it has been successfully deleted. Anyone know what these main registry keys are called. May help finding them easier if I know their names

  • I ended up downloading Malewarebytes' Anti-Malware and running it. It found ever parts of the infected file and removed it. Scan is clean now. Kind of annoyed that I still have not received a response from support, and had to use a free software to remove the problem.
