I've decided to reinstall agan but this time to uninstall with the BD uninstall tool. But when I run the tool it runs....and runs.... and runs more fir over an ours looping on removing registry enteies. Is abug or an improper operation? eat7402

WellI think I have made some progress with my problem. The 'clicking' problem now turns out to be VERY SLOW start of the problem. I tried the Repair option. No success, same problem. I then uninstalled BD 2015, ND THEN REINSTALLED it. No sucess. I can staill not active the product by clicking uts icon or selecting it from the START menu. Hmmm.... Now what? eatc7402

I wish to remove safepay also but I no have the SAFEPAY icon or the circular BD icon on my desktop. And BD does not appear in my 'Start' button list of programs (I'm on Win 8 desktop). Now how do I clear the Safepay url list, and have it stop asking me about it? eatc7402
