I'm Stuck My Bd 2015 Is Has Stopped Working
I am running BD 2015 Int Security on my Win8 64 machine. Two days ago I started getting
messages from my BD that it encounted a severe error. Today I can no longer start it by clicking
on it's icon or selecting it from the start menu. If i attempt to submit a error report through
my BD it goes through it's process but at the last step of "Gathering Information" it just hangs
and will not function.
It will no longer function and I cant seem to get any help through 'normal' means
How do I proceed What information i needed.

Run a repair on Bitdefender. Go to Windows Control Panel>Programs and Features>Bitdefender. Double click it an choose "Repair", allow it to complete and reboot your computer.

I tried the Repair option. No success, same problem. I then uninstalled BD 2015, ND THEN REINSTALLED
it. No sucess. I can staill not active the product by clicking uts icon or selecting it from the START menu.
Hmmm.... Now what?

WellI think I have made some progress with my problem. The 'clicking' problem now turns
out to be VERY SLOW start of the problem. It now takes a good 15 seconds AFTER
clicking for the interface to pop up. Neber was THAT way before. It turns out the BD AGENT
was not enabled in the system startup, which now has reduced the clock time to 10
seconds. But noe I see a BD agent of 10 items that i never had before. What is it and do I
need it?

I've decided to reinstall agan but this time to uninstall with the BD uninstall tool. But when I run
the tool it runs....and runs.... and runs more fir over an ours looping on removing registry
enteies.
Is abug or an improper operation?

The uninstall tool does take a bit of time, it goes through several cycles. If you have problems it is best to run it in Windows Safe Mode.
