I've seen posts like this already. I think this could be categorized as a feature request since there's no plugin available for this yet. If I'm not mistaken.

Hi. One other solution that I could think of here is to experiment with different versions of Opera. Then stick with that version if it doesn't crash with BIS. Have you ever considered changing to Chrome or Firefox?
-
Hi. Can you try to disable Real Time Protection while playing Diablo? That's the only module that I could think of causing this.
-
Hi. I am not entirely sure about this but I think you're referring to File Integrity Monitoring here, not Intrusion Detection. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi. On the Firewall window, try to select the Adapters tab. I think there should be an option to set your network to trusted zone.

Hi. From what I understand, netstat does not access the internet. But it shows you the active connections on your computer via Lan or Internet. can you provide another example and also post the version that you currently have on?

Hi. I found this. Turning on or off automatic update To turn on or off automatic update, follow these steps: 1. Open the Bitdefender window. 2. Click the icon at the top of the window and select General Settings from the drop-down menu. 3. In the General Settings window, select the Update tab. Keeping Bitdefender…

Thanks for clarifying this. Amazon is a giant and I can only imagine how many users are purchasing things on that site per daily basis. Are there any considerations on supporting that in the future?

Hi Greyhowl, please see below. Good luck. http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=54623

This is a long shot but it could be a typo or something similar with you yahoo email address. By the way, have you tried other email addresses as suggested already?

What you can do I think here is to disable real time protection when downloading. And then creating a support ticket to BD notifying them that this is false positive.

Hi. Can you check and make sure that auto pilot is not selected? It could be just a possibility.
-
Hi. Can you also make sure that you have the latest version installed? If not, please try to update it and reboot. Another thing that you can do is to generate a log file then send it to support for investigation.

I'll use Chrome here. I think Firefox made some drastic updates onto that version too. In my case, it was the first update that lost all my stored password. But that will be a different case.
-
Can you please explain further? This module doesn't have a firewall. I think this wouldn't, by any chance affect gmail.
-
+1 here. I think a large portion of users wear glasses and could be read on small windows.

3TB is a lot to scan. By the way, how much memory do you currently have installed? I know vsserv.exe uses a lot of it. But I'm not too sure if that's the one that caused it.

Hi there. Try this out. Below is an old post but try to change the URL to something for Dutch. Hope it will work for you. http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=47673

This would be nice to have it back. The only reason I could think off that they took this out is might be the possibility of having this program be ligther in terms of CPU resources used.

Hi. Just a hunch here. How about if you turn off Autopilot and see the changes. I mean, reboot and see if it stays in Aggressive level?

Hi. Here you go for a guide. http://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-...fender-969.html

From what I know, developers are constantly working about this issue. If I'm not mistaken, it's the vserve process that's using up a lot of memory. I hope too that a solution could be made.
-
Hi Abba, just curios onto this. Can you post a sample event or two? I'd like to take note of that site and see what else we can find with it.
-
Hi. Try an offline update. Maybe download the file at your office where you might have faster connection. http://download.bitdefender.com/updates/bitdefender_2015/

There is actually a thread about this but no updates so far. http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=52584

Opera beta is what will become our next main release. It contains the features we intend to ship at a quality level resembling what we intend to ship. No new features or significant changes are introduced between the major releases. The beta stream is what is often referee to, in development terms, as the testing stream.…

When it detects a virus or other malware, Bitdefender will automatically attempt to remove the malware code from the infected file and reconstruct the original file. This operation is referred to as disinfection. Files that cannot be disinfected are moved to quarantine in order to contain the infection. I hope that helps…

By the way, when you took the profile out of "Game Mode", what happens next? Does it give you an error message or switches back to Game Mode after reboot?
-
Now just wondering why the "network type" changes from home/office to public after every reboot. I'm not really sure if this will fix it but can you try to add the adapter as "trusted" and see if that fixes it?

Glad to see this working already for you. I think what happened here is that the PC had DHCP set then the printer had static IP on it. The static IP shouldn't be included on the pool of DHCP lease.
