Took the plunge. Reformatted the system Same issue. Only installed latest system drivers and Windows Update. I've logged it.

Happy new year to all. I ran the tool. It seemed worse after rebooting. Maybe the first reboot is like that after using the removal tool? It still got stuck on the same place, then seemed to stall/get stuck after it loaded the desktop.( Taskbar loaded, the main desktop wallpaper area was black, took a few minutes to load.)…
