Any help? I've also run a full system scan with BIS and Malwarebytes free, nothing found.

Hello! I have the same issue with my father's laptop (Intel Core 2 Duo 1.83 GHz, 2GB DDR2 Ram, Windows XP SP3). The vvserv.exe is always around 200MB. I followed ypur instructions (Steps 1-5 OK) but in Step 6 when I right click on vsserv.exe There is NOT the choice 'Create dump file'. I used Bitdefender IS for a lot of…

I have BIS 2012 and Free Malwarebytes running on the same pc without any problem. But you should wait for a reply by an expert (Christian).

Hi Christian, After an update today, I'm NOT receiving any alerts or messages from bitdefender. Everything is OK now. However, I ran Bitdefender_Supporttool.exe (I could not of course reproduce the issue). I'll send the generated log by PM the following minutes. Looking forward to your reply Thank you very much!
