Sorry this might be a silly question. On my manage endpoints, it says that I have 99, but on my active, it's just 96. I was looking for the 3 endpoints that are not active, but I cannot find them.

We have Gravityzone Email security. I am looking for the rule that automatically scans all emails with attachments since I am getting complaints that sometimes it takes an hour to get the file.
