Hello @LB,
If you are referring to the Executive Summary report, the Active Endpoints section informs you about all the endpoints that were online in the selected period or are online at the moment of reporting. Basically the 3 endpoints that are missing were/are offline in the time interval that you selected.
Please make sure that you have selected the correct time interval for the report to accurately report the data.
